Unlike other RTS (restructuring turnaround firms) in the consulting profession, we are generally not advisors. We integrate into a leadership role, set profit generating metrics and earn a success fee when clients achieve earnings through our direct efforts. That means our interests are aligned with yours – to lead your business to assured growth, strong recovery or a clean exit.
Accountability
Our team models on accountability, collaboration and agility. We expect to serve as key business leaders in your company (CEO, CFO etc), responsible for full profit and loss. We treat your money as ours. We do not waste.
Success Fee Driven
We structure our fees to align with your success by charging a win-win service fee and a percentage of margin dollars generated when we deliver performance. If our efforts decrease due to unforeseen reasons, we reduce our bill.
