Phil Krichilsky

Phil Krichilsky is a highly experienced business executive in the specialty materials, apparel, and distribution industries.  His more prominent roles include successfully serving as Lead Director for Argosy International, an aerospace materials company; CEO of Nexeo Plaschem, a USD$450m international chemical and plastic distributor; Asia President of WR Grace, a global leader in construction chemicals; CEO of Pinova Millennium, a large corporation specializing in beverage and fragrance;  Director/Group CEO for Liwaco Holdings a Swiss-owned, China focused clothing manufacturer and retailer, and multiple executive roles in GE Silicone and Momentive.

Phil’s expertise is in effectively managing profit and loss responsibilities, transforming company’s bottom line, generating revenue ideas, ensuring good corporate governance and implementing cost-cutting procedures. Currently he owns an East-Asia focused turn-around firm that restores profitability and cash to under-performing consumer and industrial businesses, and together with his team work with companies on operational excellence, business improvement and exit. He is also regularly sought after to act as interim or shadow Director/CEOs for select clients.

Phil is a 1988 graduate of the prestigious US Military Academy at West Point and holds Masters Degrees in Business Management from Central Michigan University and in Public Administration from Harvard University.

In addition, he is applying his corporate and leadership experiences into the social sector by helping impact businesses that are struggling to make a profit turn around and scale.
